Track record

Two decades, two companies, one long trail from a small town to MIT.

Women in tech

I mentor early-career engineers and founders and sit on the board of the Belmont Pan-Asian Coalition. At my first company, I built a returnship program to retrain and re-employ women who'd stepped away from their careers to raise children.
